About us

Luca Kiss
Founder
I’m Luca Kiss, 37 years old, married, and a mother of two little girls. I was born and raised in Budapest. For ten years, I played competitive volleyball, which taught me a great deal about perseverance, teamwork, handling failures, and celebrating successes. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and believe that there are no bad ideas—everything is possible with enough creativity and determination. I’m constantly thinking about what could be improved and what more can be done; I don’t like to sit still. My friends often describe me as a "push forward, keep going" kind of person.
I earned my degree in International Communication and currently work at Nokia Budapest as the Head of Employer Branding. I am also one of the local co-leads of the company’s employee group focused on women’s equality. What I love most about my job is the freedom to bring my ideas to life, the constant need for innovation, and the opportunity to collaborate with fascinating people. I continuously educate myself in employer branding and equality-related topics, though I firmly believe in learning by doing.
For the past four years, I have been working on gender equality, gaining countless experiences, stories, success cases, and even setbacks along the way. One of my biggest realizations—something that now seems obvious but wasn’t an established approach years ago—is that gender equality cannot be a "women’s issue." The goal we strive for can only be achieved if men are actively involved in the process. I feel fortunate to have gained experience in an environment where many supportive and open-minded male colleagues, partners, and friends stand behind this cause.
For me, the uniqueness of Gap No More lies in this very approach: working together with Adi, we are driving real change in closing the gender gap within the Hungarian corporate sector.

Adorján Korényi
Founder
I’m Adorján Korényi, also known as Adi. I’m 47 years old, married, and a father of two. I earned my degrees in Computer Engineering at the University of Veszprém and later continued my studies at Central European University, where I obtained an MSc in IT Management. In my free time, I enjoy sports, organizing activities with my family and friends, and playing the guitar—though, unfortunately, I have no talent for the latter. I believe in continuous self-development and lifelong learning to stay up-to-date both professionally and personally.
Currently, I work at Nokia, where I lead a system integration organization and represent the Hungarian unit of Cloud and Network Services. In my work, I place great emphasis on teamwork and innovation, as they are essential for the successful execution of projects. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous exciting projects, both from a technological and managerial perspective.
As a leader and as an individual, I strongly believe that everyone should have opportunities based on their skills and capabilities. I am convinced that we should operate based on logic and the principles of fair play to create a just and effective environment. This commitment guides my daily decisions and actions.
It was this belief that motivated me, along with Luca, to launch Gap No More, an initiative aimed at reducing the gender pay gap and promoting workplace equality. Through Gap No More, we organize various programs and workshops that help women and other underrepresented groups thrive in the job market. I am proud to be part of this important mission and believe that together, we can drive real change.
