🔥 Breaking Barriers, Closing Gaps: The Future of Workplace Equality Starts Now! 🔥


We talk about gender equality—but are we truly making progress? The good news? Change is happening. The challenge? There’s still work to do. Our latest deep dive into corporate environments reveals the realities of career satisfaction, pay perception, and the obstacles still standing in the way. But one thing is clear: the future is ours to shape.


Key Findings from Our Latest Report 


🔹 Who Participated?


Predominantly middle-aged professionals, with a notable 81% being women.


Representation spans across individual contributors (38%), middle managers (31%), senior managers (19%), and interns (12%).


🔹 Industry Breakdown:


IT/Telecom leads the way with 69% of participants, followed by Transportation (12%), Healthcare (10%), Manufacturing (6%), and NGOs (4%).


🔹 Career Satisfaction:


A mixed bag for women: 61% are satisfied, but 39% feel there's room for improv



ement.


Interestingly, all male participants reported satisfaction with their career opportunities.


🔹 Facing Discrimination:


Women report significant discrimination in idea acceptance (47%), career advancement (46%), general opportunities (43%), and salary (39%).


Men, on the other hand, reported no experiences of discrimination.


🔹 Compensation Perception:


61% of women view their compensation as average, with 39% rating it below average.


Men perceive their salaries as average or below.


🔹 Gender Gap Outlook:


All female participants acknowledge the gender gap, with 40% hopeful it will close in 5-10 years, while the majority remain skeptical.


🔹 Barriers to Career Development:


Key obstacles include family obligations, organizational limitations, economic constraints, personal doubts, and lack of experience.
